Welcome to When I Am Limited! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services, including purchasing second-hand luxury bags from When I Am Limited. By using our website, you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Definitions
To ensure clarity throughout this document:
• “When I Am Limited”: Refers to a company registered in the United Kingdom, located at C/O Keith Willis Associates Ltd, Gothic House, Barker Gate, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, United Kingdom, NG1 1JU.
• “Customer”: Any person who purchases goods or services from When I Am Limited.
• “Goods”: Refers to second-hand luxury bags and related items sold by When I Am Limited.
• “Services”: Includes the sale, authentication, and delivery of Goods.
• “Website”: Refers to www.wheniam.shop
• “Order Confirmation”: A formal email sent to the Customer confirming the acceptance and processing of their order.
2. Formation of Contract

An order constitutes an offer to purchase.

The contract is formed only when When I Am Limited dispatches the Product(s) and provides the Customer with a dispatch confirmation email.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will notify the Customer promptly. Any payments made will be refunded within 7 business days.
3. Products and Descriptions
3.1. Condition Disclaimer

All Products are sold “as-is.” While our team conducts thorough inspections and describes the condition accurately, minor imperfections may exist due to their pre-owned nature.
3.2. Authenticity Guarantee

When I Am Limited guarantees the authenticity of all Products.

Customers have 14 days to raise authenticity concerns. After this period, we cannot process authenticity disputes.
3.3. Condition Ratings

Products are categorized as “Like New,” “Very Good,” “Good,” or “Fair” based on wear and condition.
3.4. Use of Third-Party Trademarks

Trademarks and brand names (e.g., Chanel, Gucci) mentioned are the property of their respective owners. When I Am Limited is not affiliated with these brands unless explicitly stated.
4. Pricing, Taxes, and Duties

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£).

5. Shipping and Delivery
5.1. Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

Return shipping costs must also be borne by the Customer unless the Product is defective or incorrect.
5.2. Delivery Timeframes

5.3. Customs Duties and Fees

Customs fees and local taxes must be paid by the Customer. These are not included in the product price or shipping fees.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1. UK Consumer Rights

Customers in the UK are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. During this period, customers can cancel and return items purchased online for any reason, starting from the day they (or someone on their behalf) receive the goods. Once When I Am Limited is notified of the return within these 14 days, customers have another 14 days to return the goods. When I Am Limited will then issue a refund, including the standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
6.2. Return Conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging. Products showing additional wear or damage will not qualify for a refund.

International Returns: Customers outside the EU must handle customs declarations and ensure timely delivery to When I Am Limited.
6.3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned Product. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

- UK customers can seek Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) if a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure. We will inform you of a certified ADR provider, such as RetailADR, and whether we intend to use their services once a dispute arises. 10.2. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. If you reside outside the UK, your local mandatory consumer protection rights may still apply.
